Adam Trippiedi, founder and lead attorney of TriLaw, has spent his entire legal career in the Henderson and Las Vegas areas. His practice currently focuses on real estate law, including evictions, HOA disputes, and quiet title litigation, as well as probate, estate planning, and personal injury.

Throughout his career, Adam has successfully handled thousands of cases and has seen and done it all, in and out of the courtroom, from the negotiation phase, to depositions, all the way through to trials and appeals before the Nevada Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Adam has represented all shapes and sizes of clients, from individuals to small businesses to real estate investors and large construction companies, helping those clients recover and protect tens of millions of dollars.

Adam is passionate about achieving the best possible outcome for his clients, and he will not stop until his clients are satisfied. This drive comes from a dedication to justice. When Adam sees that his client has been injured or has suffered an injustice, he sets out to right that wrong, ensuring his clients are properly compensated for their loss. Adam is obsessed with attention to detail and making sure he is completely prepared before jumping into a case.

Prior to beginning the practice of law, Adam served for one year as a judicial law clerk to distinguished Clark County Judge Timothy C. Williams. This experience provided Adam with the opportunity to observe hundreds of attorneys practice in Judge Williams’ courtroom, and allowed Adam to learn from those attorneys what to do (and what not to do) to persuade a judge to rule in his clients’ favor. As a result, Adam is able to focus on and employ the most effective courtroom techniques.

As part of his commitment to civic duty, for the past eight years, Adam has volunteered his time to provide free legal assistance to underprivileged Clark County citizens with legal needs. He is also a volunteer with Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada and works with the Southern Nevada Senior Law Program, providing legal advice to senior citizens in Clark County.

Adam has achieved various accolades including being selected by his peers as one of Nevada Business Magazine’s “Legal Elite” and being selected “Best of Las Vegas” in the Civil Litigation category in 2020. Adam has also obtained an AV Preeminent® Rating with Martindale-Hubbell, the premier lawyer rating system in the United States. Additionally, Adam is a licensed arbitrator with the Nevada court-annexed arbitration program and a certified Nevada mediator through UNLV’s Mediation Certificate Program and the Clark County Neighborhood Justice Center. Adam has helped make Nevada law through published decisions with the Nevada Supreme Court.

A proud resident of the Henderson and Las Vegas area since age 11, Adam graduated from Green Valley High School before receiving his bachelor’s degree in political science from UNLV, and completed his formal education by earning his legal degree from UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law. Adam’s family has owned and operated a local auto repair business since 1998, where Adam worked as a teenager and through college. When not seeking justice for his clients, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter, and his hobbies include reading and music.
